Blue Ginger is a Greensboro-based band comprised of six friends who met more than ten years ago as members of the St. Pius X Choir. The group decided to expand their time together while playing contemporary Americana music. The lead vocalist, Carrie Richter, is supported by multi-instrumentalists, Shannon Dahlstedt, Stephen Parsons, and Tom Wofford. The rhythm section is comprised of Charles Murphy and William von der Goltz.
